Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you as soon as your refund or exchange is processed.
